What you are buying
A subscription to a weekly email register of charges registered, charges satisfied and changes of control at UK companies, read from Companies House filings, with director names from the public register and a link to the filing behind every row. Watchlist covers the companies you name; Sector register covers a whole sector; Register and signals adds the analysis behind it.
The register reports what a filing states and nothing further. It does not state whether any transaction was notifiable, lawful or cleared, and nothing in it is legal or financial advice.
Billing
Monthly in advance, in pounds sterling, through Stripe. Prices exclude VAT where applicable. Your price is fixed for as long as your subscription stays active.
Cancelling
Cancel at any time. There is no minimum term and no notice period. You keep access until the end of the period already paid for. We do not pro-rate part months.
Refunds
If the register is not useful to you, say so within your first month and it will be refunded in full. We would rather have the reason than the money.
Accuracy and what this is not
Every figure is read from a public filing and linked to its source so you can verify it. Filings may contain errors made by the filer, and extraction is not infallible.
The register is information, not advice. It is not investment advice, not a recommendation, and not a statement about any company’s financial position or prospects. Do your own checks before acting.
Acceptable use
The register is for your organisation’s own use. Please do not republish it wholesale or resell it. Quoting figures with attribution is welcome and encouraged — the underlying data is public and belongs to everyone.

Liability
Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud. Otherwise, liability is limited to the amount you have paid in the preceding twelve months.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
